Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

PupLink is operated by SimplyTech, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using PupLink, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

PupLink relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

We share only the minimum information required for these services to function (e.g., your Supabase user ID with RevenueCat to link your subscription to your account).

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the United States. We use Row Level Security (RLS) policies so that each user can only access their own data and the pets they are members of. Photos are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets that require authenticated access.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Pet Sharing and Collaborative Access

When you invite another user to co-manage a pet, that user can view and edit all data associated with that pet, including photos, tasks, logs, and milestones. You can remove a co-owner at any time from the pet's settings. If you leave a shared pet, your access to that pet's data is revoked immediately.

6. Push Notifications

If you grant notification permissions, we store your device token to deliver reminders for tasks you create. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's Settings app. Revoking permission does not delete your account or data.

7. Children's Privacy

PupLink is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@puplinkapp.com.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app. When you delete your account:

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted as described in Section 9. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you for analytical purposes.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of PupLink after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
